Frequently asked questions

🎟️ Credit Packs
What's the difference between credit packs and subscriptions?
Packs are one-time payments — no auto-renew, valid for 6 months. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly with fresh credits each cycle. Pick packs for occasional use, subscriptions for regular monthly use.
How long are credits valid?
Pack credits are valid for 6 months from purchase. Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
What if an AI generation fails?
Credits are automatically refunded — you never lose credits to a failed generation. No support ticket needed.
Can I buy multiple packs?
Yes. Credits from multiple packs stack. The validity is calculated per pack — the oldest pack's credits expire first.
🔒 Payment & Security
How secure is my payment?
All payments are processed by Stripe, the world's largest payment platform. Your card details are never stored on KidsAI servers. SSL encryption end-to-end.
What payment methods are supported?
We support credit cards, debit cards, and other major payment methods. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
When will I be charged?
You'll be automatically charged on the same day each month/year as your subscription start date. For example, if you subscribe on January 15th with a monthly plan, you'll be charged on the 15th of each month.
What if my payment fails?
The system will automatically retry and send email reminders. You can update your payment method in Settings, and your remaining credits will still work.
📅 Subscription
Do credits accumulate?
No. At the start of each billing cycle, you receive the full credits for your plan. Unused credits from the previous cycle are reset.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. After cancellation, you can still use the service until the end of your current billing period.
What's the difference between upgrade and downgrade?
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, keeping your current plan benefits until then.
What happens to my existing credits after subscribing?
Your credits will be reset to the plan amount and won't accumulate. We recommend using up your trial credits before subscribing.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings after logging in to view subscription status, billing history, upgrade plans, or update payment methods.
