Grow Up in a Blink

Draw two pictures — before and after. Like a fast-forward nature film, the video grows one into the other through the real in-between stage.

What you need

Two drawings: before and after

Like an egg and a chick, a seed and a flower, a caterpillar and a butterfly — or any change your child dreams up.

Same paper, same spot

Use the same size paper and draw both in about the same place and size, so it morphs smoothly instead of cutting.

Shoot both the same way

Shoot straight down, crop to the paper edges, even light, no shadows on the paper.

How it works

  1. 1Draw two pictures — before and after — on the same size paper, in the same spot

  2. 2Photograph and upload both: the before picture as the start, the after picture as the end

  3. 3Tap Generate: it goes through the real in-between stage, then grows into the end picture — 10 seconds

See the description we fill in

The start picture grows into the end picture. Show it grow as in picture books, only its own change: silk-spinners spin thread round and round into a cocoon, eggs are pecked open from inside, seeds sprout, tadpoles grow legs. Pause at the in-between stage, then new parts unfold. A gentle narrator explains each step in short, simple lines. Child's lines and colors; end on the end picture.

“Make one like this” fills it in for you, and you can change it.

FAQ

What should we draw?

Anything that grows or changes: egg and chick, seed and flower, caterpillar and butterfly, tadpole and frog.

Do we draw the middle stage too?

No. The AI adds the real in-between stage itself — a caterpillar spins a cocoon first, for example.

Why the same spot on both?

The video slowly turns the first picture into the second. With a similar position and size, the change flows instead of looking like a cut.
